Ba Yuan Xiang Sheng It aims to cultivate the eight circulations of the two kidneys within the body. That is, the right kidney has two horizontal and vertical circles on the right side, and the left kidney has two horizontal and vertical circles on the left side.

The first type of pushing hand in the Chen family’s Old Tai Chi is called the Eight Circles Generating Each Other. The elders of Chenjiagou often say: “What is not round is not a fist; the combination of roundness and squareness generates the Dao.” Tai Chi is a form of exercise for cultivating righteous energy. It is square on the outside and round on the inside, and it is an authentic traditional Chinese culture.

The first driving force is the important cultivation concept for consolidation and deepening at the primary stage. This video shows the first two-person practice method of the push hand.
