The Three Stages of Heat are the hottest time of the year.


Air conditioners in every household increase their power to produce cold air, keeping people away from the heat in summer. Our homes, buses, subways and offices are filled with air conditioners. Many people can’t even live without air conditioners.


This is a very terrifying phenomenon! Dependence on air conditioners is an invisible “drug”. People’s addiction to air conditioners is just like addiction to drugs, and eventually it will gradually consume one’s life. “Air conditioning” is like emptying the human body.

The ancient ancestors of China once said, “If a living person doesn’t sweat, all their efforts will be in vain!” Sweating frequently is the key to good health.


Why is the Earth so hot for a period of time every year? The purpose is to make people sweat. This is the way of nature.


Sweating in summer is the true “air conditioner” of the human body itself.

“If you don’t escape the heat in summer, your sweat is as precious as gold.” “


The character “” has” 日 “at both the top and bottom, which tells us that we cannot avoid the hot days but must get through them. The hot summer days make people sweat. One must be willing to sweat profusely. Sweating in summer helps to expel toxins and impurities accumulated inside the body. It is because the body is unobstructed that one sweats profusely.


The more sweat one sweats in summer, the more toxins are excreted, and the cleaner the internal organs of the human body become.

“Three hot days coincide with nine.” “


After several days of scorching sun, nature will have a rain. This is the “sweating” phenomenon of nature. Those who follow the trend will thrive, while those who go against it will perish. “Going with the flow” means conforming to nature. The three hottest days of summer are what make people strong, while the hot days (the mature days) are what make people fully mature.


Cold and icy things are the greatest enemies of summer.

There are three drops of sweat on a person’s body.


The first one is water sweat, also known as night sweats.

The second one is blood sweat, which is the sweat produced through activities such as basketball and running, and it is consumptive to the human body.

The third one is toxic sweat, also known as true sweat.


The sweat excreted through practicing Tai Chi is genuine sweat, the most profound form of sweat.

Sweat is the dirtiest.

If a person cannot sweat, various toxins will accumulate more and more in the body and become deeper and deeper, eventually leading to various diseases. Many diseases of modern people are caused by their inability to sweat or pass gas.

The sweat produced through practicing Tai Chi is expelling the most profound toxins, the toxins in the five internal organs.

Sweating profusely while practicing boxing, although it may not look clean on the outside, our bodies are the cleanest inside.


What does detoxification and beauty care mean?


A person’s physical appearance level does not merely refer to his face, but the skin from head to toe all belong to the physical appearance level. When a person eliminates all the toxins in his body, his appearance naturally improves. This is a high-level detoxification and beauty care.

The waterways on a person’s body are like the sea. The kidneys govern the waterways. Through the practice of Tai Chi, the waterways in the body circulate, enabling one to resist the heat of summer, just like the sea regulating.


The sweat shed is like the tide, rising and falling. When it gets hot, the tide rises; when it gets cold, the tide falls. Sweating is a way to clean the internal organs of the body, so sweat is the dirtiest, equivalent to urine. The deeper the internal organs are cleaned, the deeper and dirtier the sweat will be, and the cleaner the body will be. People who don’t exercise are less likely to sweat in summer. When the waterways in their bodies get clogged, they are prone to diseases such as nephritis and diabetes.


Tai Chi can make people sweat at the deepest level.

In summer, many good things grow in the deepest part of the human body, which is called “summer growth”. But if one overly relies on air conditioners, these good things won’t grow.


Air conditioners are different from natural wind. Natural wind is the convection of air in nature, but air conditioners are artificially created cold air. Air conditioners can cause cold and dampness to form even in the crevices of one’s bones.


The old people said, “Avoiding the wind is like avoiding an arrow.” Wind is the most harmful to people. Once it invades the body, it is very difficult for ordinary people to get rid of it. By practicing Tai Chi and sweating frequently, one can get rid of it.
